"Easy enough to use, but a bit slow"
I used harveynichols.com to look through clothes and beauty bits, and it was straightforward. The menus are easy to figure out, and being able to filter by size and brand definitely helped because I don’t have the patience to scroll forever. I’d probably give it 4 stars because a few pages took longer to load than I’d like, and checkout on mobile felt a little awkward. Not a huge deal, but it did make me tap my fingers a bit. Still, I found what I needed without too much messing around.

"Good value and better quality than expected"
I was surprised by how much cheaper my order was than I expected, especially considering the quality was actually really good. Harvey Nichols had decent prices compared to a lot of other places, which makes you wonder why some retailers charge so much for the same kind of stuff. Overall, I’m happy with what I paid and what I got.

I got a promo code during the sale, which was nice, but I felt a bit mentally drained trying to figure out what it actually worked on. A lot of the items I wanted weren’t included, which was frustrating. Checkout itself was fine, but I really wish the discounts were clearer earlier instead of only becoming obvious once you’re already far along

I had an issue with my order and wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do at first. I was a bit confused about the next steps, but the customer service team were really helpful. They got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. It was sorted without tons of back and forth, which I really appreciated. Overall, a good experience and I’d use Harvey Nichols again.

"Nice finds, but a little inconsistent"
I got the feeling right away that this place has some really good designer pieces, and there were definitely a few things that caught my eye. That said, the selection felt kind of hit or miss to me. I was expecting more size options and a bit more variety, so I left feeling like it could’ve been better.

I ordered from harveynichols and was really happy with how it arrived. I’ve had a few online orders from other places turn up with battered boxes or messy packaging, so this was a nice change. The box was in perfect condition, everything was wrapped neatly, and there was no damage at all. It genuinely felt like they’d taken care with the order

I ordered from Harvey Nichols and the payment process was smoother than I thought it would be. I sent my return back and actually got my refund faster than I expected, so that part was great. It was simple overall, but I did find the communication a bit unclear along the way. I had to kind of guess what stage the return was at, which was annoying. Still, the refund came through quickly, so I can’t complain too much.

I ordered a few bits from Harvey Nichols. The quality was really good. The clothes felt lovely. Not cheap or thin at all. They also looked just like the photos. Delivery was fine too. Overall, I’m really happy with what I bought. I’d definitely order again.
